Approx. 24 mm thickness
-
Spiral with double support
-
Approx. 14 mm RCH 1000 plastic lining
-
5 mm diameter made of stainless steel
-
Standard diameter Ø 300 mm; diameter Ø 300 mm for biogas application (other diameters Ø 460 mm, Ø 620 mm for larger quantities or applications)
-
Capacity approx. 15 - 20 m⊃3;/hour, density 0.5 - 0.6 to/m⊃3;
-
1 or 2 layer spirals made of constructional steel, thickness approx 24 mm (unmachined billets 25 - 60 mm)
Main advantages
-
Reduced risk of blockage/no gap between screw flight and base
-
Large open intake space (no reduction by centre pipe)
-
Sturdy but flexible design
-
Design is relatively tolerant to impurities such as e.g. stones
-
No end bearing
Digester feeding equipment
Delivery to the digester is performed by a vertical spiral conveyor screw that transfers the biomass to an inclined digester screw. This feeds the substrate into the digester safely below the level of the liquid. Of course, it is also possible to feed 2 digesters.
Digesters with concrete ceiling can also be directly filled from above through the concrete ceiling.
Alternatively, our containers can also be connected to hydraulic conveyor systems.
